Maths: Tally Marking

Here are some of the busy Room 1 children asking questions and using tally marks to record the answers. We were finding out how many people in room 1 had the following in their lunchboxes. 
Sandwiches, fruit, chippies, yoghurt, popcorn.
It was great to see that most children had sandwiches and fruit!!

We are going to put this information into a chart form like below to show our findings.
